Individual Coaching Options

Through mindful listening and thought-provoking questions, I will equip you to live more purposefully, develop crystal-clear focus, and take action on what really matters to you.

To sign up for coaching, contact me to briefly explain what matters most to you, what are your biggest obstacles, and what changes you most want to make. You may be asked to schedule an introductory call (via Skype or telephone). This allows us to determine whether our coaching approach and services meet your needs.


One Month/4 weeks($500) | Two Months/8 weeks ($800)| Three Months/12 weeks ($1100)

One-on-one coaching is available in 4-week (one-month), 8-week (2-month), and 12-week (3-month) periods.


  • Assessment questionnaire to help you reflect on key pain points and   choose the top things to discuss in our coaching sessions
  • Weekly 1-hour coaching session (via Skype or telephone) to hold you accountable and help you stay on track with your action plan
  • Co-created action plan to accomplish your top priorities and minimize distractions
  • Email support to celebrate wins and address related questions between coaching sessions


One Hour ($150)

One-on-one coaching is available in a single 60-minute session.


  • Assessment questionnaire to help you reflect on key pain points and choose the top thing to discuss in our coaching session
  • 1-hour coaching session (via Skype or telephone) to get you to clarify your priorities, become unstuck, and make progress on the things that really matter
  • Post-session action plan to stay accountable and catalyze desired change
